Personal: I live with my boyfriend, Tez, and an eight-month-old Blackberry. It’s taken a while but we’ve now adapted to the sleepless nights and the constant attention it demands.

Hobbies: Netting outcomes, cycling through the mountains of Cambridgeshire, watching my local football team (they typically lose, but it’s character building), doing tai chi, traveling to far-off and some not-so-far-off places, and anything else that involves live sports and an outdoor life.

One Thing People Don’t Know About Me: I can do the Rubik’s Cube in 40 seconds.

Looking Back: I spent over £12500 attending a strategic marketing course, learning how to uncover and satisfy unmet needs and how to communicate solutions. I really wish I’d found Tony’s book, What Customers Want, before signing up for it. I’d now be £12485.01 richer!
