Biography: Andy has more than 15 years experience in operational and consulting roles, specialising in product and customer experience innovation. His experience includes telecoms, media, travel and financial services. He has delivered innovation and customer experience programs in the UK and Europe for companies such as BT, Allianz, Virgin Atlantic, Orange, Trader Media Group and Pipex.
A graduate of Kings College London, Andy began his career as an aspiring rock star before moving into the world of communications, using his creativity and insights to develop a highly successful career in BT’s value added services division. He eventually served as General Manager of the firm’s Enhanced Application Services Division.
Andy left BT to join the strategy consultancy Arthur D Little (ADL) as a senior adviser, then serving for three years as CEO of Syntonica, an ADL-backed Telco venture. He left that position to join FREEDOM4, a Mobile Broadband WiMAX start up, where he served as director of products.
Andy is in high demand as a consultant in product strategy and innovation across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. He is a regular speaker on the international conference circuit.
Spare Time: I love playing piano, guitar, learning languages, traveling to far flung places, meeting new people and forever learning new stuff.
