In this Business Week podcast, Strategyn CEO Tony Ulwick discusses how Microsoft used Outcome-Driven Innovation to develop a new market strategy for its Software Assurance business.

Working with Strategyn, the company used the jobs-to-be-done innovation process to better understand its customer's needs. The resulting solution didn't require a "big idea" or new product development. Instead, Microsoft was able to reposition and repack products and rebuild its revenue stream.
