Build a Competency

Contrary to popular belief, building a competency in innovation does not require a company-wide transformation or widespread cultural change. It requires only that your market strategists and product planners know how to use ODI data to formulate and enact effective market growth strategies. With this newfound capability, they will ensure that only winning product concepts enter into product development. From there, they will be able to guide pipeline prioritization, product improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and IP licensing activities.

In this scenario, Strategyn will work with your strategists and planners and help them use ODI-generated data to make critical decisions related to targeting, strategy formulation, concept creation, and validation (see Training). We will also conduct the market research for your firm, freeing your company from the challenge of learning the more technical aspects of the ODI process while garnering most of its benefits.
